Wearing my Initials

I have been a fond of the letter "H" for a really long time.. Since it's my initials.. Well actually, I'm too happy and grateful of my own name cause I find it really, erm sophisticated in a way that I don't think anyone could ever understand.. Hahaha.. Pardon me for being a little too content, I think the Espresso is really getting into me. I'll tell you bout this later. Let me just excite you with my outfit here! I really like this combination! I know I use too much of exclamation mark in typing, but this is such an exceptional outfit post that it totally deserve another thousand more exclamation mark!!

This top I was wearing here is oh-so-cute that it has the lace sleeves and cute collar that I find really sweet and childish. I feel like I was wearing a cool staple outfit here, which I wish I could wear everyday. Sometimes, when I found out an outfit that is so comfortable yet still look stylish and classy in a hidden way, I tend to wear it often. I've been stopping myself from recycling this look. I should totally wear it again..

I know my eyes get really tiny when the sun shines. It was a really sunny afternoon that's why. Okay back to the whole Espresso story, I actually seldom drink coffee. Well I never really drink coffee before I turn 18. But somehow, ever since I joined some of the engineers at my training area that happens to have a pantry that is famous with the Italian Espresso, I was being me, curious, I actually tried it. They made us drink it 2 days in a row.. Yeah, I got pretty hyper! I meant us here was Pau, Agnes and me. Pau was hyper too. Except for Agnes, who gets really sleepy after she had the espresso. She must have a really high coffee tolerance that her body reaction was super different from us hahaha! Sorry Agnes I just had to mention it here. So last night, we went out and I actually took another espresso.

(Note to self: Don't drink espresso in the late evening when you yourself knows that you get hyper after drinking it)

I think it's not out of my body system yet, I can still feel the hyperness in me. I think you all can tell by how many words I've used in this post alone.

Last Friday night, we had dinner together (my trainee friends) and I get to meet more people than I expected! I get to reunite with my high school friends! My god I was so surprised! It feels good to be reconnected again :)

Will definitely go and meet more of my long lost friends..

Lilac & Macaron!

I found this in my post's list, and it's in Draft mode. I thought I had posted it last year.. Oh well, I might as well post it now so it won't be such a waste, right? :P

September 2011, I have finally tasted Macaron! I bought it in Harrods Kuala Lumpur the other day. I've been wanting to taste it for so long, and I have been trying to make some earlier this year.. Since I live in Bintulu, or Miri most of the time, I couldn't get any Macaron. Someday, I shall try the classic original Macaron from Laduree. On the same day, I wore what I call, a soft girlish style outfit. The lilac tapered pants has a soft cut that it doesn't resemble a tapered pants at all. The ruffled on the pocket is just sweet. The ribbon on my head is actually the top's sash for a bow, but I convert it into a headband-hairtie ribbon :)

What do you think of this outfit? I really love the combination. There you can see my sister's outfit too :D Don't you just love how she combined the soft millitiary green with pink? You can also see my little brother, who is also pretty good in styling himself. He picked the outfit out himself. It's so cool to see how young kids nowadays already develop and have their own sense of style :) He likes Angry Bird so much hahaha.. Isn't he's cute?

Shoes for celebration

Like I promised in previous post, I will post up my new favourite shoes. So here it is! I know its very unnecessary for me to do so, but I just love the studded on it. I've been wanting one of these shoes and thank god I found it :D

I shall now practice walking in it more often...

Welcoming 2012 with studs

0001hrs, 1st January 2012. We were waiting for fireworks. Well, it all started with a late dinner, maybe we should just call it supper here. Had some really nice meal at Parkcity Hotel (this was on 31st Dec 2011 laa) then later we went around town. IT WAS CROWDED! Never in my life I've seen Bintulu that crowded. We were seriously shocked. I guess population here really are growing =__=" Or maybe I was never around whenever big events are held here. Well maybe because I was full time in Miri for my courses.

So we were still confused on the exact location where the fireworks are going to be launched. Some says they are going to launch it at the old airport field.. Some says at the opposite side of the river.. In the end we parked our car somewhere at the side of the road in between waterfront and the Parkcity area.. I gotta say everyone's watch are not on the same page eh coz there were few fireworks launching even before the clock strikes 12. Being me, I wouldn't wanna get bitten by the mosquitoes. So I rather sit in the car and enjoy the fireworks from the window.. I think the major ones lasted for about 15 minutes eh.. Yeah then later we just went back home..

I actually steal a few minutes during dinner to take photo!

I wear my new favourite shoes, which is a little hard to walk in since I'm no pro in high heels..

I had my shoes photos taken using my dad's Tab. I'm trying to transfer it to my laptop but I seriously don't know how. So I tried emailing it to my own email but it's taking so long to receive. I guess I'll post it separately then haha!

By the way, our first day of 2012 we went Stationery shopping! Highlights of the day haha!

Best of 2011

31st December 2011, another year is going to an end in just few hours from now.. This year have been filled with a lot of great memories.. I remember that I've learn how to make macarons this year haha.. I had my first time being the chairperson of a big event, the Curtin University Mechanical Engineering Week. I went to my first prom, the Curtin Red Carpet Soiree. I've reached this far in my studies, thank god Alhamdulillah. I have my first working experience which is my industrial training that is still in progress now. I met a lot of new people of different age and background. I learn a lot of important things in life, especially to be grateful of what we have now. There's a lot more memories and experienced that I've gone through this year and I'm so thankful and grateful that everything have been going so well.. I'm really looking forward to have more opportunities and doors to be opened for me.. Let's pray for the best for all of us yeah..

I gotta say it's been a good year for me.. Thank you to all of my lovers for making it such a memorable year! Love you all!

I have also notice that my followers have increased from 31 to 35! Thank you so much, I'm glad that you all love what I post here so far.. Here's a little treat for all of you.. I took the time to compile all of the looks I happen to capture within this year.. I hope you'll like it..

Red Carpet Soiree 2011 & Mechanical Engineering Week

September 30th, 2011. A hectic yet memorable day. I haven't sleep for more than 24 hours to finish up my Gearbox Assignment, and I had to prepare a speech. In the end, I get to finally went for my first ever Prom, the Red Carpet Soiree 2011. On the day itself I had to give a speech for the Closing Ceremony of the Curtin Mechanical Engineering Week, in the evening. Which is one of the reason I came pretty late for the Red Carpet and didn't manage to take much photos.. I shall update you with my Mechanical Engineering Week 2011 soon! :)

Here's some of the photos of me and my friends at prom.. I was so happy that I finally get to go for Prom and wear what I've always wanted to wear. I managed to actually make some of my friends to come along hahah! We had so much fun. It's so nice to actually hang out and have each one of my friend dress up! It's such a great feeling! I would definitely want to throw a party like this, just so I can get my friends put their dress-up mode on again!

Why? Coz I really like guys in suit and girls in dresses!

For my look, I have always liked the whole Old Hollywood style, like Marilyn Monroe, or Christina Aguilera style from her Back to Basic Album.. So I wanted the whole look as my first Prom look. I went searching for my dress high and low, everywhere I could reach, for the perfect one. I finally found this one, champagne colour with exquisite design. The detailing is just amazing! I just knew from the first time I set my eye on it I just had to have it as my first Prom's dress :)

I opt for the Old Hollywood beauty look, red lips with golden glittery eye make-up. It was my first time putting on such make up and I'm glad I did it just nice for that night :D

Wednesday, Jaz and I went out together after so long of not having to go to town just the two of us. We went strolling around town thinking what to eat and ended up at Siamese Secret where I had my favourite Baked Mussles there, mmm yummy! Later when we got back, Gabriel, Ladu and Ajil wanted to go have a quick dinner, so we followed since they wanted to go to McD and we felt like eating ice-cream! Hence explained why some of the photos are dark, or should I say been taken at night! I'm goin back very soon, back to my cosy home. I can't wait to relax.. And guess what? I'm gonna start my Industrial Training next week! Something new to me coz I've never worked before! Look forward to that.. :)

My outfit was so colourful and happy! I really like it. My bag is just awesome, it can be match with almost everything.. Total satisfaction haha..

Where stripes goes, there's always a chic look coming

The other day when my family came for my sister's birthday, I finally get to wear my Pink Black Stripe pumps which I've been meaning to wear! I just love the pumps so much, it's so cute yet such a fashion statement on its own. Those pink and black stripes really reminds me of Prada's Spring Summer 2011 collection. The little plastic bow on the shoes is just adorable. It's easy to make your outfit pop. Just wear 1 great pair of shoes, or maybe a bag, or a bib necklace, anything eye-catching, it'll surely make you stand out in the crowd :)

I've gotta say, I wear this jacket a lot. It's a total investment. I belief in buying that 1 staple piece, I know sometimes it cost more than we think it should, but just invest in one. Trust me, you'll wear it forever. Make sure it's something you know you would wear often. It's different for every one of us. It might be a white Jacket, like for my case here. It might also be a basic tee, or a perfect cutting boyfriend blazer, maybe a great skirt. It can be anything.

All you need is that one thing that you love the most, and twist it around. Mix and match it.

I'm sure you can go real chic in many different ways with it :)

First of the few

Like my sister always do, she'll go "Harleen where is that top you bought the other day? How come you haven't wear it yet??" It's a really good reminder, I know I needed it from time to time :)

By the way, the Fluo Orange pumps is a definite catch, coz it goes with almost everything! Even with all black outfit!

Exam-free finally...

This blog have been really neglected and I feel bad for it. I have been in one of the most hectic semester ever faced by any of the Mechanical Engineering student in Curtin. It's like "Which semester you're in now?". I answered and then they give me this

"Ohhhhhh THAT semester?! GOOD LUCK!"

I get that a lot. No wonder they wishes me luck. I've gotta say, it really challenged my will haha! Now that I'm finally done with the finals for this semester, I was pretty relief. I did my part, now let's pray everything goes well :) Yesterday was the last paper, and after that we could not not proceed with our tradition. Go out and explode!

It's a call for me to finally wear my maxi skirt I've been wanting to wear! Haha! I tend to have this funny way of thinking, any new things that I like or the ones I just bought, I must "officiate" it by wearing it on a special occasion, or with special people.

Jessie and I took the chance to dress up!

I was so happy I found this amazing belt. It was exactly what I wanted, mirror-like metal front with a touch of white, just enough taste of futuristic and classic together. Very Gucci I gotta say ;) As you can see there's a lot of new stuff on me. The bag is just breathtaking. I'm gonna honour it with another post soon.. The shoes is one of my first ever flats type of Oxford.

Very Rocker Chic! And her shoes is so nice! An electric blue wedges clashing with neon apple green tank. So the 2 of us along with Raymond and his new girlfriend, Elaine went out together for a late lunch and later went for movie, where I met the rest of the Jeng. We all watched Real Steel and it was awesome. It was climax the whole time, no boring part at all. I was so restless the whole time since it was like watching boxing, but in this movie it's robot boxing. You get tense and goin "punch him punch him!" hahaha. A must watch movie.

I can't wait to update more on my blog, I have so many photos pending for this past few months I've been missing. Will surely do feed my blog a little more now :)

Where did all the Passion goes?

Classes started earlier this week, it’s the first week of the semester. Everybody is thrilled (well maybe only some of us) and I have yet to see some familiar faces who I am really looking forward to around campus. I wore something nice to boost my mood up on Monday, and nope I didn’t get to take photo of myself. Never mind,I’ll wear that top again next time because I’m really sure I will, often. On the first day of classes (Monday, July 18^th) itself, Curtin University Mechanical Engineering Club (CUMEC for short) had our official club meetings for this semester.

Well for your info, it was sad to know that we didn’t have a mechanical engineering club all this years until this semester. When our very own lecturers of Mechanical Engineering department had appointed to create one, I was of course ecstatic. So being me, I was always passionate about engineering, especially Mechanical field. I may not be the “genius” one in class, but I have always admired the work they did, especially machinery stuff. I know this sounds geeky for a girl like me to actually admit, I like machinery. It’s just something about knowing how that complicated machine/things work has really got my attention. I was always the one asking Why to almost everything I see since I was a kid. Which of course explain why I took this major.
So, I voluntarily jot down my name last semester to be included in the interested-for-position column. But I chickened out at the last moment and only wanted to be in the Committee member position when the whole nomination and voting started, which almost 18 of us got in that position alone. Then from that, Jessie, Raymond, Elaine and I were assigned to take care of last Tuesday booth. I’ve never taken care of clubs booth in Curtin so it kind of got into me that I was so active the whole time, persuading all the Mechanical-engineering-looking student who pass by. Raymond and I even went to stroll around cafe to “hunt” people down. Yea.. I know when I write it out like this, it sounded real lame :-/ Raymond even called me “over-dedicated” committee hahaha! I took it negatively at that exact moment, and then he said “it’s a good thing you know”. Heh.. That guy, he always know how to make fun of you and still make you feel good about it. What a great talent I wish I could have. Going back to me hunting for people, I’m currently taking responsibility to my lame action yesterday, by re-evaluating myself, and I’ve decided not to "hunt" people down just to get them to join us. Maybe, I’ll still keep a little of my persuasive mode on, that’s the least I can do. Sorry hahaha..
Later today, one of our committee members introduced this club after our lecture. I was just tad bit moved by the way some of the students react about this whole club thing. I know it may not be the coolest idea, but after all you are in mechanical engineering, might as well be passionate about it don’t you think? :) It’s just my opinion anyway. Ohh well, I’m happy that I finally really “write” again on my blog. I know it’s been like a peek-a-boo game on my blog, now you see me now you don’t. I’ll try to write more often okay?

Mother-daughter Intervention!

The Intervention
Funny story. Today my mom, my sister and I went out together, went to the bank and settling up some bills. Before we left home, I unconsciously said that I look like a mess since I had just a simple tee and a flare jeans on, while I was putting on my sunglasses and lipstick on. My mom was giving me the look, which I didn’t notice at that time, then she said “I give you the keys and you go change now, that shirt look so.. Thin..”, but I refused coz I was in the mood of being comfy, since I didn’t really plan to go out as in go-out-wear-somethin-better kinda go out.

When all important things were done, we thought hey we still have a lot of time left why not just go “window” shopping around Bintulu. Ohh yea I forgot to mention I’m back in Bintulu for a month, semester break. So back to the story, we went window shopping until my mom mentioned, “Harleen why don’t you wear something like this instead” handing to me some nice floral top and at the same time looking at my tee shirt. I was not so shocked because I sensed that she doesn’t like what I wear earlier on, then I just said I liked it and I continue browsing around. Until then she started the intervention!

"Harleen why not you wear something better than just a tee. You’re turning 21
this year I just thought you should look more, you know grown up. Not wearing
these kind of tee all the time.."

Then it finally hit me. What she told me was true. I usually only wear nice clothes if I happen to go to a different place, not on my daily basis (if I go out). It really made me realize that I needed to get out of my comfort zone, be matured a little, put on better things, or should I say more interesting things on so I'd look more presentable, better yet more of a not-a-high-school-girl-anymore way. I couldn't stop thinking about it. It really is true. So we went to look for a nice tops for me, found one nice floral top, and tried it on. Later showed it to my mom and my sister, then she goes..

"Now that's how my daughter should look like. So sweet, matured. Baru menyerlah sikit..."

My sister and I go, okayy haha. I should really thank my mom for this. She really shake me up a little to see that little truth that I've never realize by myself. I finally see it and notice that I have so much tees instead of a proper tops, and I wear them all the time. Tees everyday, to classes, to restaurant, to almost everywhere I go. So she said this too,

"No more tee shirt for you, Harleen."

Then that's how my tees era ends.. Well, I know she didn't mean NO MORE tee for me, she just wanted me to wear something better when I go out.. It's gonna be a fresh start for me now. I'm so glad my mom told me this. I'll try my best to not be lazy and not just put some tee on anymore, I'll try my very best :) I love you, mom.. (of course my entire family too, I love you)..

Understated Colour Blocking!

I have always been a fan of colour blocking outfit, now that it's back in I was more than just estatic to pull it off. I have some piece I've always wanted to wear I'll make sure I wear it soon! These photos were taken about 2 weeks back when we had 1 week semester break. My sister and I went out together. Everyone else went back, but for us it's a different story. Our family came and spend time with us on the weekends when the holiday started :) I love orange/salmon colour so much! They can go with basically anything! I love my studded shoes, I just wished it came in heels so it'll look so much more chic. This is more like an understated colour blocking lol!

Colour blocking does not really mean throwing as much colours on, or wearing as much layers as you can and look like a total wacko. Pair a shocking colour with basics. Oversize boyfriend tee would definitely make your look cool :)

Look at what I did to my hair??? I cut them lol!

For classes...

What I normally wear for classes...

I finally have the time to update my blog :) This semester has been really packed. I dress up a lot the first few weeks when this semester started, but I keep forgetting to take photos! So, I finally took some few weeks ago, before assignments week started. Jessie wanted to wear her new Blue jacket, hence the photos lol! If it wasn't for that, I totally have no new photos to update my blog! Haha! I love details. I also love how cute watermelon can be, which explains why I have them on as a pin to my jacket, and also my pencil case. The red scarf really made me feel like "Chuck Bass" the whole day.

It was such a coincidence that Jaz was wearing something red that day, we ended up looking like we planned to dress as a couple.

By the way, my hair is getting longer, was thinking on cutting it.

Excess Photos

I've been wanting to post this outfit on my blog but sometimes whenever I had the "blogging" vibe on, my router sometimes play his trick on me. Which somewhat frustrates me (also my family). But then again, what's the rush, right?

These photos were taken few days before Chinese New Year. As I said in previous post, I was a little unwell, so this Tweed jacket really helps. I remember that night, we when to eat at a non-air-conditioned Cafe, my dad was like "Of course take that jacket off. It's gonna be weird, and you're gonna sweat it all off later..". Random. Plus I like how my sister's outfit seems to match my outfit theme ;)

Other than that.. My little brother got this cool English project, that we have to build a house with the interior layout. He's only in Standard 3 so I don't think the teacher expect us to make a fantastic design. More like a brief idea of a house. We used unused boxes and Voila!

Spring Styling : Spring Essentials Bag

Look at all the bags up there! Imagine winning one of them? Ohh my, I can imagine myself wearing it to several occasions already! Ok hold it right there, let me explain this to you. I have always love contest :) And to stumble upon this one, I just couldn't let it pass by that easily! When I saw it was tweeted by Reebonz, I immediately had this one sketch in my head and several outfits was on my mind.

The sketch means all the girls are so into that SPRING ESSENTIAL bag that each of them could not resist taking photos of THE bag which is apparently on the other girl.

Reebonz is holding this contest where we could win 1 of these 6 crazily colourful bags by blogging it up on your blog. Post it up as the Spring Essentials Bag and just show how would you style it with and just be as creative as you could!

I was just too excited that I made several outfit set for several bags and knowing that each blogger only allowed to post 1 bag, so I thought, it should be between Tod's D-Styling Small Satchel and Marc Jacobs the XL Single bag. I just could not choose either one of them because the 3 outfit I assemble are totally matching with either one of these 2 bags. So here it is, the moment of truth, the way I would wear the Spring Essentials Bag!

The 3 outfit I created above is colourful in its very own way, which is the main thing about Spring styling :) When Spring season is on, you do not necessarily need to wear floral head to toe. Go for something out of the box, be playful a little bit since fashion and dressing up is actually about expressing yourself and embracing it!

Outfit #1:

The 50's style are back and I just could not resist the full skirt theme. So, rather goin floral, I express the floral into bright clashing colour of Calm Tiffany Blue off-shoulder top with Salmon Pink polka dots full-style skirt. Pair them with a nice pair of Red Slingback kitten heels and finish it up with the Marc Jacobs bag, and voila!

Outfit #2:

When they say spring, they always mix earthy colour with a pop of other "flowery" colour. So I go easy with this sweet Brown tulle skirt to add a little volume in this outfit and pair it with a soft Purple top tucked in. Finish up the look with the Spring essential bag of course, and I match it with a suede Purple heel. As for the hair style, a nicely done hair bun with Peach scarf really smoothen the look :)

Outfit #3:

Spring is not necessarily all maxi dresses, see what Miuccia Prada did for Spring/Summer 2011 collection, fresh isn't it? Stripes are really the new Floral. Trust me in this. That is why I wear it on my tank top, to match with an easy option for our weather, blue shorts. Spice it up with an unexpected colour, Bright Orange sweater that I tied on my neck. Gold sparkly sneakers really matches the Marc Jacobs bag!

Hide that unwell-ness

What could ruin a beautiful day? Coughing non-stop it is. Despite going to spend my Chinese New Year with a little unwell condition, I still go on trying to change my mood by putting on some clothes I thought would be a little different than what our "people" would wear. Miri is where my family and I spend our CNY at, also not exactly the land with the most open-minded clothes-wearer in Malaysia. So, this is my very first Vintage Jacket I bought a year back, which I had doubts in putting it on everytime. No, not because it's hideous, I certainly love this jacket's detailing, but because it's rather, distinct than what I always wear. It has that sailor effect, yes we all love sailor-styled clothing don't we?

Other than that, I've recently bought another pair of shoes. I've always have a strong like towards dual tone footwear. I think it's very classy and pragmatic that it goes with just anything. I got myself this dual tone pumps. As you know, pumps are really comfortable footwear, which I always happen to keep on buying, but this one is quite an investment!

Don't you just love the back details on the jacket? It's cute and it really helps in making the jacket looks perfectly tailored for your body. Isn't wearing nice outfit makes you feel a whole lot better when you're a little unwell? I've also discover the latest world's muse on nail art. So I've decided to give it a try, why not for a CNY yeah..

I call it Black Cherry on Strawberry ;)

They say 3 is a crowd, but it's never a crowd when it comes to the 3 of us. In fact, 3 is a perfect number for BFFs :) In the above photo you can see me, Arina and Epah.. We had known each other since kindergarden and have been friends since forever. We were in the same class through high school year and been through ups and downs together, love-interest and break ups, everything!

I still remember those times when we were in high school and the limit of girls goin to washroom was 2max, but we went the 3 of us and even chat with our discipline teachers while they were patrolling for class-skipper (if there's such words). Every single teacher at school was super-nice to us, and the 3 of us could get away with just anything. After so long haven't been hanging out the 3 of us, we decided to meet over lunch just few days before Arina went back to Kuching for her upcoming semester. We went to Sushi King and keep each other updated with the latest news! We couldn't just walk pass Nose (our favourite shoes shop), each of us got a pair of shoes and me, being the excited one, could not stop myself from changing my shoes straight as I bought it LOL! Pardon for some of the blurry photos, we were too hyper and we couldn't stop ourselves from laughing and talking while taking these photos ;)

I am a huge fan of gadgets! Especially touch ones like iPad! I've been dreaming of having iPad ever since I found out that there is such thing as this super cool touch screen that works like a portable laptop.. I woke up yesterday, on a sunny Sunday morning and checked my tweets just to find out that Maxis held this inventing my own iPad apps, and I just could not resist myself from joining this contest!

Lesson: Shopping (Designer), can you afford it? Or not?

YES, everyone CAN AFFORD designer handbags/clothing/etc!

Now don't get too excited. Let me explain to you..

Most of us, especially young girls, drool over the life of these crazily rich daughters or any girls who gets anything they want, with thoughts of how lucky they are for being given the fate of living with unlimited cashflow to get just anything that cross their mind. Yes that sounded really convincing when you happen to come across some fashion bloggers who own a wardrobe that probably worth million of dollars!

Right here, I'm gonna break it down to you. I've seen and read about a lot of girls sounded really ungrateful of their life for not having what these girls have. Honestly, everyone afford a designer bag, shoes or anything. How is that possible? It's possible because man created a fairy god mother in the shape of shiny plastic rectangular card that everyone refer as "Credit Card".

With Credit Card everyone can get anything with just one swipe. That magic swipe could get us anything, but it comes with conditions of paying it back. Paying it back is the drag in the whole story.

Imagine buying a bag worth $3000 with credit card, easy, no cash out of your pocket. But remember the pay-back, monthly. You should know that the interest itself sometimes goes up to 14 percent monthly! That's high, if you could do the calculation, the bag itself could end up costing double or triple the original price!

What's dangerous about buying with credit card is that, when someone is used to swiping everything with it, you feel the easy-ness of purchasing expensive things, which leads to over expenditure, also cause difficulty in paying back. Debt will be knocking on your door every month. Sometimes, some people couldn't even pay all the amount of debt from excessive expenditure that in the end they ended up in a very VERY bad situation.

This is specially proven by our Economics & Business Management lecturer, Stefan, saying that the majority of people nowadays, have so much debt from spending more than they could pay using credit card, continuous debt is very common ever since. This could lead to worse.

So, what I'm trying to say here is, everyone can afford shopping head to toe designer stuff, but it's just the matter of priority. Every person each have different priority. Maybe for the rich ones, they needed a better quality thing which is worthwhile buying, well maybe for us, buying bags that is maybe more practical than just choosing the label, is more important. I'm not saying, do not buy designer goods, I myself personally really love designer goods, but what I'm saying is;

"Buy things because you personally want it, eyeing it for a very long time, and most importantly because you could make the purchase not a life-threatening decision."

It's Jan 10th and I'm pretty late in wishing you Happy New Year!

My family and I went to Miri to celebrate our new years eve. So I bid my 2011 with this new Fluffy Grey Bag that I bought last Dec especially for 2011 :) I love fur, very much, but I can't wear fur coat here, it'll be overrated. So I opt for this cute bag instead. On the other hand, I really like this outfit I wore, really simple but in a way, have a tiny touch of elegant. I wanted to wear my caged boots, but I was in the mood of being comfortable lol! I know it's a new year, and I haven't change my blog header and layout for quite awhile. Do you think I should? Any suggestion?

p/s: I miss Jaz so much right now, wish I could fly to Kuala Lumpur and meet him right away ;)

2010 has come to an end. Isn't that fast??

I know I haven't really been updating that frequently this year, I'll try to start updating more often after seeing number of viewers I get recently, it's really beyond my expectation :) I do hope you enjoy my posts just as much as I enjoy sharing it with you. I have come pretty far this year, that is moving out of my comfort zone. I have had this blog since Nov 24th 2008, but only starting from this post (Dec 29th 2009) have I found myself being completely ready to actually share to the world this part of myself; the more artsy part of me. I know I can't deny trying to cope up in the Engineering field is not that easy if I have another passion for fashion, I have finally try to stay true to myself. Being a little bit of both, and it actually makes me happy. This year taught me a lot, and trust me, I had a lot of my "first time" taken by this crazy year, and no I'm not talking bout the good ones only. I'm happy I could learn to stand up right after I fall, without being nasty or bragging bout it.

I know this sounds cheesy, I love my family so much and my friends :) Also you, moi reader!

You guys made my 2010, a great year!

Here's a wrap up!

These photos was taken on my Birthday :) My aunts and my cousin made a surprise party for me. I spend the day of my birthday with my family because I was in Kuching for Raya this year. Few days later when I got back to Miri, I had another surprise party from Jaz but too bad I didn't have the photos, I'll upload them if I found them later k?

These photos were taken on my Sister's Birthday. I like our outfit so much! This year's birthday for each one of us in my family was kinda celebrated, with a lot of presents. I really love it!

We usually celebrate Jaz's Birthday with my Jeng, but this time Jaz wanted it to be just the two of us. We had great dinner together, and ohh I was wearing the top he gave me. He got another celebration with just the guys, I didn't come along, coz I wanted him to have his "guys night" lol! So thoughtful of me don't you think? Haha.

These were the last day of my exam of my recent semester. We went out straight after the paper was done. I still remember how annoying Raymond's table was during the exam, it keeps on making the squeaking noise coz he was too "into" the paper lol! But hey, at least all of our results turn out great yeah! :D

Like I said earlier, my family and friends made this year a great year for me. I had my first Valentine celebration this year. The ones with us wearing all Orange top is my dad company's Family Day! It was fun! While the one with a lot of us on the couch is our house's Open Day. My friends and I took a ride from Miri to Bintulu. Too bad most of my Jeng couldn't come since they were preparing for some exams on the following day.

I made big splurge in shopping this year. One of them are my Pentax camera that I got from my dad, it's the fuel of my blog lol, my Moschino belt, my very first Charles and Keith heels (everytime I came to the store to get shoes, they always ran out of my size, hence this was my first), Caged boots that I've been longing to have, my Jaspal Blue Studded bag and also lots and lots of Jackets and Jewelries!

Overall outfits I wore this year. Most of them are the ones with the most comments on my blog. I really appreciate your support, coz it helps me grow. I'm so grateful for this year and I pray for more great success and opportunity rolling knocking on my door next year.

Now lets pray that all of us are blessed with life full of happiness in 2011 and many more years to come.

It's just a few more hours to Christmas eve and I have been bailing my blog, lately. So here I am, possibly trying to return the favour by updating after such great comments you leave on my blog :)

What's the Christmas plan? I bet everyone is getting ready to be blown away by all the presents you're waiting for aren't ya? :D

I have always wanted to feel the snow coming down around Christmas like this, so I put the feeling into my outfit. White is one of my most loved colour of all time, and it gives me the "snowy" feel. This military-like jacket is my one of my recent buys and I'm loving every bit of it. I just love how it makes me look like the Snow Army, or maybe a white tiger, erm rawr. Okay unnecessary lol!

I pair it with my polka top that I got earlier here in this post. I missed eating Gummy Bears so I got some and I just think it's so adorable with the Christmas tree ;)

And don't you think my sister's outfit look so cute, with the bow cardigan :D

I've been wanting to share with you about my favourite Tweed Jacket, it's THE ONE. I didn't have the chance to wear it before. It's from Mango and I'm in love with it. This jacket has the most amazing style, as it mixes the biker chic cutting edge into the classy chanel-esque tweed material. Usually Tweed jacket has buttons for closure, but this one has slanting zipper instead. I'm more than sure it was a love at first sight! You could not believe how many times it took my breathe away. I've always wanted to wear it to lectures and some events, but it's sunny most of the time here. I would definitely drop a sweat or two, but heck I shall sacrifice that coz this Jacket has more than enough value to be walking around embarassed by non-sense issues (which is majorly smirky face that people would give me). I shall do that. Yes I should. This jacket would definitely compliment my half-tint sunglasses (ooh la la I have a thing for tweed and all that classy thing; bad, bad, bad for my wallet!). I know I know, I sound ridiculous coz I'm just describing a jacket, but it's not just a jacket, it's my first Tweed

Ohh yea, I wanted these two fabulous items from Lanvin for H&M collection so badly, the versatile sunglasses and the sweet dress. I found out that I could get the dress by bidding for it but I couldn't bid higher than that. I just wish this dress and the sunglasses would magicly appear in my socks for my Christmas present.

Yes you heard me, I'm finally home! I couldn't be happier. I had a great tea time with my family this evening. As sweet tooth as you all know I am, I had Macarons and some cakes with this great scented tea, which is absolutely the one I really missed about being at home. Don't mind my outfit, I was just being lazy and dressed up lazily. By the way, this was what I wore to check out from my hostel. I chose a really simple yet comfortable outfit of course since I had to pack stuff up and transfer them out of my room, which was really tiring. Like I said in previous post I've got a lot to updates, I just can't wait to start typing away for my blog! My internet at hostel definitely didn't do me any justice for being absent most of the time, that I had to pile all my stories and photos up for this holiday. We're in the celebration month, December, what's your plan for this winter, christmas everyone??

I went out with Jessie last Friday. She wanted to get herself a new pair of glasses, since she accidentally step on her old one last few days lol! We had fun walking around and had some shopping. I bought a pair of shoes (yes, shoes again) that I have been wanting for about 2 months now, and it was on sale! 50% off! Yeayy me! I'll post it up once I get to wear it okies? I love my outfit! What do you think? We couldn't take any close up photos coz we kinda forgot and when we finally remember, we're totally in a rush. Hence, very little photos. Sorry?

I'm currently sick, had little flu and was pretty fever-ish for the last 2 days.. Today I decided to stop sleeping too much, since everyone told me to rest coz I was sick which I did, had a heck lot of sleep yesterday. Now I'm in my room, refuse to have my aircond on and it's like sauna now. I'm sweating, a bit. Which is good. So moving on.. I have so much to post but so little time.. (and energy of course).. My finals are just around the corner.. Wish me luck!

Round Glasses

I'm finally BACK! It's been long since I last update. There's lots of ups and downs goin on in my life so far, but we all know it's a basic nature of life :) I'm so glad you loved my last post. I really like the feedback you gave me. How do you like the slight change in my hairstyle? I know it's barely noticable to you after so long of MIA on my own blog, but that's the tiny change in my look so far. I've just finished with some mid-terms exams so I steal this few minutes to post something up :) I was going to the saloon to get my hair done so I thought of wearing a comfortable outfit. I'm getting really addicted with my Moschino belt. I just think it's the perfect accessories for any outfit! Be it jeans, skirts and even dresses can go well with this belt. Timeless piece and a great investment too! As you can see here too, I am totally into round sunglasses. I think it's cool, even though it looks pretty much like John Lennon, and hey it's his 70th Birthday anyway lol!Sorry for being the Chatty Katty here, I just have so much to tell and so much to post up!! I came back to Miri last week, since my classes started on the 2nd this month. It's been only almost 2 weeks here but I'm already missing my family. Most of my friends moved out from hostels and I'm gonna get used to goin here and there. Wished Epah is here to join me, it would be really fun jumping from house to house! Had classes till 8pm yesterday, bummer. Even so, nothing can keep my mood down :)

I had sorbets colour on, and it just brighten up my day. My outfit was really comfy and it just somehow reflect me. Some tops are just so cute to be tucked in, and my sweet sorbet pink jeans compliments it real well. I wore my Vintage Moschino belt to make a stronger look out of my outfit. I was looking for my sister and thought that we should take photos together cause our outfit synchronise with each other! In the last photo you can see sweet sister, Faiznur :) We had the same top but in different colour.

I've seen a lot of people sharing what they have recently bought, and I felt like doin one of those too. Here it is, my very first recent purchase post. Well, I ever post up some recent bought post previously but it had been just one pair of shoes or something. This time its like "the more the merrier". The denim bf shirt is the one I've been looking for. Zara had one few years back but I didn't get it that time, so I opt for something similar. The polka dots bustier was one of my Must-Have purchase this time. Those 2 are my online purchases. While the scarfs and the white shirt are the ones I got during the Member's Day sale, shopping war treasure :O I like the white tee because it kinda look preppy, and it somehow reminds me of Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl back then ;)

It was raining..

It was raining the other day. I was watching the rain from my dinning room. I felt like playing in the rain, so I did! It was hilarious! By the time I was at my backyard, the rain kinda stop. Boo-hoo anyhow we still do take some funny shots there! I've always wanted to try mixing this two piece together; the oversize satin blazer and the maxi dress that I bought last year and have never worn before. The colour turn out nice and it can match nicely with my heels. Don't mind the umbrella, it's my little brother's Scott Emulsion umbrella haha..

It was actually more like let's play in the rain with these dresses and heels, since my sister and I have got nothing to do that day. We went to our backyard and just walk and enjoy the wetness of the day but all of a sudden we felt like someone is watching! We looked around, heck there really were people watching! We ran and my heels got stuck in some very wet patch! I couldn't stop laughing! This outfit makes me feel like Mary-Kate haha.. See the last photo, it kinda does look like her. (erhem perasan haha)

Back on track in my blogging world! I am done with exams and the result's fear is haunting me day by day. I'm back in Bintulu (well I arrived here about 1 week ago) and enjoying my no-schedule life full of I-don't-know-what-to-do-today drama. Yes, somehow sarcasm is one of the thing that understands my situation right now. I am not here to complaint but to tell you how's my life is goin, not that it's something really important for you to know but because IT'S MY BLOG you ran into. I guess it's like one of the main thing to write about here.

Oh well, by the way the photo above was taken on the last day of my final exams, that is when I went out with my fellow coursemates. Apparently I have occured to be having an enormous like towards Chanel (or any other label such as Gucci, Prada, YSL, or basically any other labels that label-whoring-girls mostly know) ads caused me to pose for that photo up there. I hope you're enjoying it so far :P Here's some photos of us together (Jessie, Jen Fei, Chan Kit and me).

That was us trying out hats at the new accessories area, Mazzara. I like the hats there but too bad I didn't buy it. I hope it's still there waiting for me. Today I feel kind enough to share with you the things that have been on my mind for so long. I can't help but to notice the famous footprints that Miu Miu have left for us this year; the collection full of swallows, cat prints and nude lady print all over. I'm just amazed by how they put together such a simple details in our daily life into such a great pieces especially this shoes. It just reminds me of my younger days where I usually wear cute animal print dresses on and a pair of white socks worn together with a mary jane pumps. Look at these, how can you not love it?

There's an exact same shoes like the Yellow one on the right selling online right now (but it's in Pink and swallow prints instead)!!! It's a knockoff but I can't seem to take my eyes off them. What do you think? I really really like it but I just don't feel right about buying it. What should I do what should I do??? A little help?

I've made my decision, I'm not gonna buy it. Who am I kidding, I wasn't intentionally gonna buy it anyway.

Worth the wait

We all know how crazy I am about this specific Chanel sunglasses, especially my closest lovers ;)

I had spent over 3 months just to search about it. I've finally found that there are only few pieces available, straight from the runway few years ago.

So, it means that there's no possibility of me, getting the real deal. Even if it is available, the owner could shoot the price up till 3000USD. So, I've been looking up everywhere, even to the rabbit hole where Alice fell into the other day, and I finally found "the one".

You could not imagine how excited, happy, estatic I was when I found out about it. This post (here) that I posted a few months back was actually about this sunglasses. I guess patience really is the key. I'm satisfied ;)

One of my wishlist is down, few more left to go. I haven't been really wearing it yet, since I was really sick earlier this month. Plus, really busy with my new chapter of studies. I will find time to get all fashion-pumped-up and dress up along with this new rage of mine, and post it up here alright?

I painted my nails Orange. It's my new "it" colour ;)

My First Valentine :)

That was us on our very first day :) I was off to KL for a week. That explains the lack of updates recently hehehe. Jaz and I wanted to spend our Valentine's Day together so much we actually got the chance this year. I was supposed to be Jaz's Valentine's present and was asked to put on a red ribbon when I reach KL, I did but I felt like everyone around was looking at the huge ribbon on my head. The moment I saw Jaz, I was so happy! He said he thought I wouldn't wear the ribbon, so I asked him to took it off for me since I'm the present and he can do the honor of opening the present haha! Those few days in KL was all crazy, fun, romantic, sweet, silly all mixed up! I had so much sweet memories, had great food and a little shopping spree goin. We went to a lot of places together, like the Petrosains, Musica, the Lake Garden, the Deer Park, I even get to watch movie in KL's theatre, coz I've never been there so yeah :P

I'm so glad I got the chance to spend my time with Jaz that week :) I remember watching some romantic movies together that midnight. A moment after the clock shows 12am of Feb 14th, Jaz surprised me with a cute box of Valentine's gift. I really thought he would wait till the dinner date, but he didn't, I was so surprised!

He put it on for me ;) I couldn't be happier!

The whole day we were spending our time together..

We had a great Valentine's Dinner together that night. We headed to our favourite dinner place, the Hot Chocolate. It's amazing how that place always manage to bring us closer, everytime. Introducing to you, Tigger the tiger! It's my little brother's puppet!

Ohh well, just now I was talking at the dining table with my family. It's pretty much a serious talk but my sister and I always find something to laugh at :P I was goin through pretty much a lot of Fashion-based web lately. I am concerned, coz I do not want to jeopardize my Engineering knowledge, which I should do take care of too. Despite the fact that I really am nervous bout my upcoming semester, I really do am looking forward on learning something cool later :)

My family and I went to Miri last weekend. Had some fun and had our very much craved food. I'm excited for this month, February! Another month with several celebrations! Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day gonna be here very soon! I already have a plan in my list. Let's just hope everything turn out great yeah. Can't wait! Lol!

I had fun today eventhough my right eye is kinda annoying at times. Its just some tiny issue nothing to be brag about. So, as I was looking around at the magazine area, my sister stumble upon this magazine! Honestly, we were so excited bout it! We all know how much I love fashion right? Especially when it comes to elegant, classic and vogue-ish style :D When my sister took out the magazine and showed it to me, I was really surprised! It's a special edition about the Chanel Spring 2010 Ready-to-Wear Collection, reported straight from Paris by our Malaysian's Fashionist!

Glam Magazine Malaysia

From this magazine, I learned that we have a fashion association in our country. I have been wanting to know these issues since like forever! It's called the Bumiputera Designers Association which is also known as the BDA. I have heard about the Malaysian International Fashion Week (M-IFA) that have been held last year, which was also a blast! I was really into it and I was wanting to go so badly but the fact that I am nowhere near the venue of the event itself, plus I was still having exams around that time have actually made me missed this event :-/ Too bad..

Hoping that the upcoming M-IFA I could actually attend and have some coverage to blog about. I would definitely love to be at a fashion show, what more to say Fashion Week itself! Let's just pray I could actually get that on 2010 yeah? :D I am very well amazed by all our designer's collection! They're just brilliant! Very creative indeed! I really am looking forward for this year's collection from all of them. Good job guys! I would want to post up all the designer's collection here, but I'm just scared in case of some copyright issues. So might as well grab yourself one of this issue yeah?

I love these so-call-paparazzi-shot that people always have! So I kinda did some of it today. Haha! It was pretty hilarious coz we were jumping and walking and stuff! My mom was laughing at us most of the time! I couldn't stop laughing myself! Hahaha! I had magazine in my hand tryna look like some Fashion Magazine Editor or something. Tryin' be like Anna Wintour or Miranda Priestly HAHA! Enjoy it! :P

H E L L O

It's pretty late for a New Year wish isn't it? But nevermind, coz this post is worth the wait! LOL! I have some stuff that I never posted before which is gonna be on this very delayed post haha!

Well my new year celebration was with my family :) Had fun as usual. So far 2010 is goin great, pray for more great things to happen this year and all other years to come! The picture of the 2010 cake was taken when Epah, Clare and me went out a few days after the new year's eve. Other than that I was just busy doin somethin, just getting myself busy with stuff.. Hehe!

Last night I had a fine dine with my family. I had a blast, and the food was awesome!

We had Devil Fudge Chocolate Cake, Tripe Thread Ice-Cream (if I'm not mistaken the name of that Ice-cream), Quatro Pizza, Cantonese Fried Noodles and also our favourite dessert; Warm Melted Chocolate Lava Cake! I discovered this great yummy Lava cake which is our newly favourite when I was out with Epah and Clare that night. It was real nice! The pizza is delicioso! They have 4 different type of pizza on it, that's why it is called the Quatro Pizza. Yummy! Sorry I didn't get to take photo of the Cantonese Fried Noodles, it was yummy too!

Had my picture taken when I was really full that time. Hence, I do not want to post too much photos of my so-happy-tummy moment. Today I went out again as usual with my family :) I finally have a feeling of wearing my new shoes. I love shoes especially chunky heels :D How can I say no when I found this darling shoes:

It was love at first sight! I rolled up my jeans so I can show you how nice the heels are. It's a slingback shoes, love the colour especially at the heels :) Isn't it nice? It is pretty comfortable to walk in, which is one of the reason I bought it. 2 thumbs up! Wee~

So! I found my old time sunglasses! My sister and I was all the rage back then, coz everywhere we go, people will be asking "Are they twins?". We were already in fashion even when we were babies. When I went to KL for the first time, we bought this sunglasses. It was really in trend back then; channeling the Ozzy Osbourne / Bob Marley style! In coincidence, I was wearing this Leopard shirt that have a matching sash! Then I got an idea!

B O N J O U R !

Merry Christmas everyone! I just came back from a family trip, maybe partially family shopping trip partially family vacation lol! I was pretty excited bout it. Nowhere far, just somewhere we all used to ;) But! It was a blast! I had so much fun! Spend some quality time with my love ones :) There's nothing better than that, right?

1st Day:

We were on plane that time, had so much to talked about. I didn't get to take much photos, but as usual my dad is always the one to capture the moment, when we're talking and stuff :) I had tough time looking for what bag to bring that day, but I go with that one coz it'll be a lot easier to just crunch it up in our luggage bag lol! The flight felt like a minute, seriously! Maybe I was just too excited to the extend that I can't hold it back ahahah!

After we arrived safely, the first thing we did was to fill our hungry tummy! I can never say No to FOOD! I'm a huge non-stop eating machine! Or should I say a non-stop eating Monster? Later we went walking around first.. Went to Pavilion and saw the nice Christmas decoration! That's what I love the most bout year end trip, its the decorations that drools me :) I had the most beautiful picture taken there :)

My sister and I got pretty caught up at certain shops so my parent and brothers decided to go different ways. Haha trust me no one can keep up with us when it comes to walking around, window shopping. We can walk non-stop day till night! My parent had to call us for like 3 times for dinner! They were waiting at Mdm Kwan's with all the food already served! We felt so guilty so we ran all the way from I don't know which floor, all the way down to the lower ground floor at the food court! I was really exhausted and not to mention hungry. The restaurant was packed I had to see faces one by one to find my dad hahaha! Imagine that? It was a really yummy delicious dinner! We were lucky that Mdm Kwan herself was there, my mom wanted to take photo with her. So we had the waiter there taking photo of us.

Here's a photo of me and my family. Mdm Kwan was the one with the cute hat on :) We had so much to eat, I was so happy, but my tummy was a lot happier than I am. Later that night I went strolling around with Jaz, I haven't seen him for like forever. It was nice ;) ;))) It's a really good start don't you think? :)

2nd Day:

We went to far places on the 2nd day. Sunway Pyramid then to Mid Valley and the Gardens. I didn't really get to take that much of photos that day :( Too bad I had Japanese food that day, which I really love. I should have taken photo of it, at least now that I can't eat it, I can drool looking at the photo of the meal. haha! I did took photo at the Sunway Pyramid mascot, it looks more like that Twitter bird so I figure I might use that someday haha! I wore somethin pretty retro that day and I like it :)

3rd Day:

I was all around the city that day, here and there. I found this cute Christmas tree, it was just about my height. It looks pretty much like a dwarf version of a Christmas tree, since all the others that I found was really really tall hahah! I had so much fun and later that night I had a great date with Jaz. We haven't met each other for like months, god knows how long was that. He took me to a restaurant named Hot Chocolate. It's a very peaceful place :D

I had this soup, I forgot the name of that dish. It was so cute and definitely tastyy I loved it to bits! See the round huge thing, it's actually a bread! The soup is served in a huge bread! See how huge it is compared to our drinks and the spoon and forks! Other than that, I was craving for steak ever since I got back from Curtin, and I was also craving for pasta, Cabonara :) So we ordered those 2. But Jaz took Lamb Chop insted of steak.

It was so tasty~ Oh my gosh the best Lamb Chop I ever had! Like seriously! The gravy and the lamb was ohhyummy. It's well cooked ohh I just don't know how to describe. It really is my favourite dish, not forgetting the pasta! Creamy just the way I like it, overall I think I would definitely love to have more dinner date there ;) ;)) *dropping hints* HAHA! The place was really peaceful and quite dark. Only the tiny lights are on and candles around the restaurant. It was pretty windy. And I love the facts that all the tables and chairs are White. It was the greatest date I ever had!❤

4th Day:

My family and I decided to just spend that day around Bintang Walk. We went to all the malls that area. Pretty much just another day of walking together :) And shopping. But again later that night, I had another date with Jaz. This time around, we wanted to watch New Moon since none of us watched it yet. So he picked me up and we went to have dinner first. He took me to his uncle's Thai Restaurant, Ooh Cha. When we reach there, we went walking around the Heritage area. I think that's what they call it. Then we settle down to have our dinner there :) The minute I saw the menu, I was like "Ohh I wanna eat everything!!". All the dish looks incredibly mouth-watering.. So I had Jaz chose them for me :)

We had these yummy dishes. It was yuhhmyyy! I love the Otak Otak, the one serve in the aluminum foil in a shape of a Swan :) I love everything. We didn't get to finish them up, but trust me I tried. I wish I could eat all of that again, now! Grr I'm hungry whenever I talk bout food. LOL! But later we had too much fun dining, we totally forgot about New Moon! I'm not really a Twilight fan, just wanna watch it since I saw the trailer looks so interesting. So we just skipped it and went for a walk instead :)

5th Day:
The fifth day was all about grabbing things we didn't get to grab the past few days. Jaz followed me and my sister that day since he needed to go back by 430pm. He was off to Bangkok for his family trip that night :) I didn't get to take photos that day. I was wearing a shirt he bought me from Australia :) It was super comfy and cute. I'll take photo of it soon yeah? I had to say goodbye to him that day, hoping that we could meet again before he's off to Perth :( We had so much fun together even if it's for just a few days. I still remember asking my mom if it's okay with them that I went out with Jaz this year's trip. She told me to just go when Jaz's still around in KL coz I'm not gonna see him if he goes back to Australia. I'm glad they're being pretty understanding :)

So that was the last day of us in KL. The next day was our flight back to Bintulu. It was so early we have to get up like 4 in the morning just to catch taxi to bring us there. The distance between the airport and the hotel was so far, I had a long nap in the car till I reach airport. Luckily I had my jacket on that I'm not freezing. That was about it, I had fun with my family and Jaz :)

Wondering why there are trees everywhere? Trees even in shopping malls? Why? Coz Christmas is just around the corner! This is the season where trees, snow and gifts will be everywhere! Ohh I just love gifts ;)

Ohh my it's snowing! Lol!

I'm currently having this excited vibe bout christmas and all the decorations that shopping malls and hotels could pull off. I just love them to bits! And when we say Christmas, we're talking shopping too! Ohh imagine all the presents you might receive. Plus its a new year for us Muslims. Salam Maal Hijrah everyone!

It's really bad for me to feel hungry late at night like this. I had some chips! haha! I love to mix my food. I'm having chips and chocolate together! Ouuyeahhh yummy! The creamy chocolate taste combined with the crispy chips. Heaven! haha! Today was fun. Was just spending time with my family. Dad's face was all over newspapers today. 7 articles in 6 different newspaper. Ok was it 6 or 7 newspapers, I'm not sure either lol! He's so down to earth he didn't even want to give his name to the press. So funny! It's about donation fyi.

I guess I'm gonna head to bed now. Gonna wake up early tomorrow. It's gonna be a long day and I know fun is a head of us ;)

Hello internet surfer that happen to stop by my blog! I was pretty content lately ;) Stuffing myself with tonnes of food, which is bad if I don't have my meals on time. But screw that since its HOLIDAY! I've just checked my Facebook message. I've notice that I have been invited to a Prom in Kuching, which I think will be held tomorrow. Surprising to me since I have never even lived there. So its kinda pretty cool to me that I got invited, saw some of the Attending and Maybe Attending list, I don't really know anyone. But it sounded pretty cool :)

I haven't reply them yet. But I'm gonna have to pass. My own Curtin Prom also I missed, so yeah that explains everything. hehe. Not like I'm not into Prom or something, it's just that I might probably go during my Senior Year :) Insyallah. It would be more memorable I guess. Hopefully. Coz I have always wanted to go to Prom, the fact that we can dress up is one of the main reason I wanna go. Ohh well I'm kinda excited, for a reason now. No, this is not the reason I'm excited hehe! :P xoxo!

I'm free finally! Well maybe for now till the next 2 months.. That's quite enough I guess. As usual I'm web surfing, again. Found several stuff that takes my inspiration up high. Currently craving for a heck lot of stuff, god knows how much. Bless me dear god so I can get them all. Amin. Okay seriously, praying for materialistic stuff, not a good one. But we all know, it's good to have faith right? How do you like my new header? Yes? Nay? I know all of my header seems to look quite "alike", I just love some of the photos so much that I just had to shout it "out loud"! Hence, the header is the only place I could do that! Coz it's the first thing you see when you open my blog! HAH! :P

I was thinking on using a different image hosting, but I can't seem to find a good one, and the one which actually can work with Curtin internet =.=" So far only Tinypic.com can tolerate with the stupid internet.. Then when I actually try to upload some photos with the Tinypic it turned dumb you know, keep showing the whole IP thingy and stuff. I'm giving up! Yes I am. I might just consider Photobucket, since that's the only good site for image hosting, that I've heard of. Ouukayy some other time I guess.

I've watched Gossip Girl Episode 12. But somehow, nothing excites me at this exact moment. But well, last night was fun! My sister and I were playing dress up! Just 1 outfit tho, coz we got carried away taking too much photos. My mom were our photographer! Lol! But the photo I posted below was taken from my phone.

We just got our new tights so we were tryin it on. My dad was like "Where are you gonna wear that?" Lol! I told him its not like I'm gonna wear it here in Bintulu la. Maybe not Miri too. Unless you guys say Curtin is ready for stuff like this. Which I doubt I actually gonna get answers from any of you guys. HAHA! :P We're wearing our most loved jumpsuits! Mine is actually quite big. But I manage to make it look just nice on me. I love the whole outfit. I think if I wear it with my Guess wedges it would definitely look complete :) Or maybe my black pumps would look alright.

I swear I am so full of weird doubt. I have more than 2nd thoughts on posting up my photos. Which explains why I seem to look like a boring person both on my blog and facebook. I don't post up photos but I have tonnes of them. Shiteee! haha! Please tell me why am I acting this weird. You know every time I'm ready to post up a photo or sometimes a blog post, I tend to think like "Ohh shiteeee should I post this, should I?". I think I'm the most paranoid person I've ever known. I wish I could resolve this soon. I don't like to be having this kinda thoughts, I need to just loosen up a bit, don't you think? *sigh* This is the problem I get of thinking too much. Its been quite awhile since I updated. I'm having my summer holidays already. Been pretty busy with myself, disturbing mom, dad, siblings and that someone ;) I have vary moodswings lately, in a good way tho. I had this vibe of loud music and stuff, so I kinda took the speaker which have been really stranded alone at the family hall, and fixed it so it worked in my room. Hello loud music! Me likey!

Btw, I got myself a new pair of shoes. I was kinda into this cute & sweet yet very simple design of this YSL Cherry heels. It's a bit too christmas but I just love the cherry details on it. I wasn't planning on getting any new pair of shoes but this one pinkish suede mid heels was kinda grab my attention. I can't help it but to have it. I did kinda hold myself back, like chill out and not buy it on impulse. But I came back 2 days later to get my hands on them ;)

Also the Gwen Stefani style in the Cool music video. It's been my "it" style for about several years already. Haven't been achieved, yet. Tho I did have the same hairdo when I was in form 4 ;) I had myself downloading these videos to my laptop so I can just repeat it till I get bored of it (eventually).

Btw! I watched the 2012 already like few weeks back.

It was great! I love this kinda movie you know. I watched The Day After Tomorrow. All these movie really grab my attention. The whole earth's gonna die kinda thing. You can turn on to National Geographic channel when the whole Tsunami or the Katrina disaster evaluation thing going on, it'll grab my attention in a blink of an eye! I'm so curious I swear it could annoy you. I'm curious about everything. Everything in this world got me asking why. I hope this is a good thing!

Sometimes I just get to concern on whatever things I write here on my blog. I'm always scared that whatever I wrote might hurt someone's feeling, even if I never have any tiny intention to. So just letting you guys know. That's all. I'm not too comfortable talking bout this but I can't help it. I still feel the lost of my friend who is also a brother to me, Mathew Jose Kattikkaran.

I still remember how he used to tease me everyday.

I don't have that guy who's always around on campus at the cafeteria who's always there to accompany me eat my meal at any times. The one who'll be asking me, "which girl is hot here?". The one who would ask for my opinion on girls. The one who always give people the smirk coz that's is his own way of smiling. That guy who's being pretty funny and the one who cheer me up even though he had his own problem. That special guy who's always there to come up with some funny thing, ideas. Who gets bored easily. A very good goal keeper for Poom Poom. Who can still laugh out loud even if we lose in some futsal match. Who create his own swear word "Ciiiipettttt" that he took from the word C**ai.. Who have been really nice to everyone. I miss that brother of mine. The brother named Mathew Jose Kattikkaran who have that cute accent that I always adored and who have been there always for us. I'm missing u terribly. I still do had dreams bout you the past few weeks. And I still do now.

I still couldn't believe it. I hugged him just 24hours before the time comes to take him back to our Creator. I saw him looked really down that time. I remember saying

"You look tired and so stressed. Get some rest k?"

I hugged him. I didn't know that was gonna be my last hug with him. He brought us to buy some burger but that place was closed. It was already past 130++am.. We had ice-cream together. About the same time the day after, I got a phone called from Epah crying. That was the time I really couldn't digest that he actually left us already. I went to that spot. Then I saw him by the road side. Laying on the road divider covered up with the black plastic. I can only see his shoes. I remember his shoes. I couldn't say anything. It was too sad for me. I've been holding this to myself for so long. I tried being strong but I couldn't. I'm so sad that he had to go. I hope he rest in peace. He will always stay in my heart. No matter where I go.

Yes you heard me! No more exam babyy.. But nothin much different tho. I just got to go online madly a lot that I didn't want to even lay down on my bed, even though my whole body and mind is tired since I slept for only 3 hours just now. I stopped myself from watching this new Lady GaGa videos this week, scared that the song will get stuck in my head and that I will get extremely addicted to her videos, anddd afraid that I would spend too much time watching the video and forgot bout my studies. Yes long explanation, it should stop there. I'm blabbering =.=

I Swear I think this is the best video I ever watched!

I seriously SERIOUSLY think so. See all the costume the whole set. It's like so cool man. All the ideas in this video. I give a 4 thumbs up. I seriously lovee this video. The eye make up, I have always thought of that. I know how she paint it. Coz I've thought of it. I just love how Lady GaGa actually materialize the whole thing that I always imagine. Seriously, I SALUTE YOU! lol!

I just love how this whole diamond-rain thingy in the video. I actually print screen it just to get a picture of it. lol! I like sparkling stuff. I remember her video, Just Dance. They have it too. But it was hanging at the door, somethin like the door curtain thingy. Yeah, and it was sparkling too. Pretty much like a tiny tiny disco ball.

Btw, I haven't watch Gossip Girl ep. 5 till 8. I have ep. 5-7 but I didn't want to watch it just yet, you know why. My long reasons are just up there, if you feel like reading that part again. HAHA. Ohh well, I'm gonna get myself all busy with the internet first. I'll blog again ltr! xoxo!

I'm still in ICT lab LOL! Supposed to be studying but yet, again caught goin online & got a bit caught up emailing that someone ;) Ohh well.. I just pray that everything I studied goes in my brain & stay there.. Forever! Halloween celebration is coming soon! I'm kinda excited about it! Since I've never really celebrate it or even go to any events for that celebration. Not even a chance I ever wear a costume. So this explain why I am pretty much excited bout the Halloween party our Art and Dance Club organized. Well, everyone else is planning to go clubbing and getting drunk in their costume (maybe just casual outfit who cares), I might be enjoying myself in a different terms. Yes I know, I'm 19 and my terms of fun is still not the same level like the other people here in our campus *winkwink* Not that I'm ashamed of it. It just didn't make much difference to me. HEHE :P

I got drifted easily when it comes to writing/blogging. I'm hungry! I miss the Hot Dog Jumbo Cheese from our nearest Burger Stall. I guess his wife gave birth this week, thats the only reason I could think of since they have been closing for the past few days. I'm hungryyy. I hope Epah is reading this and maybe we could persuade someone to bring us go out eat or just tapau is enough. Sighhh... My exam is around 9th Nov. Its "that" near! 4 days in a row then I'm a free bird! Released from my cage (studies). Ohh well, maybe just for 3 months then I'll come back to my cage, with my own initiative, I hope. Hahah! I miss writing essay in English classes. Me and Epah used to write interesting stories! Whoohoooo! I should start drawing again. Get inspired by all these nice clothes hanging on some hot figure. EFDP (Chanel) presentation day ;)

I have an assignment based unit this sem, the Engineering Foundation Design and Process (EFDP). So we need to be in a team, to create a company. Our company name is so cool, it's the EOSS Engineering Corporation :P haha EOSS stands for Engineers of Social Service (see I've told cha its cool :P).

We had this EWB Challenge, where we need to help the people of Cambodia, mainly at the Tonle Sap Lake. Then our company come up with this idea, Floating Hotel! It was so cool man, but trust me, cool ideas comes with a heck lot of responsibilities/work. We worked our butt off for it seriously. I get to draw the 3D design yo! I actually used the Google Sketch software, it was really complicated. I had like just 1-2 weeks to learn how to use it and guess what? I manage to finish it in less than 1 week! Hah! :P (sounds of a proud person) LOL. Wanna see? :P

I'm not sure whether it's gonna move in this tho. But heck, just wanna show off my 3D design of our Floating Hotel. By EOSS Enginering Corp :P

Our presentation was last Monday. We were the first group to do the presentation, I like that idea ;) to be the first hehehe! Guess what I wore for my presentation?? I was thinking like heck I don't wanna wear the same presentation outfit for the 3rd time. Like shiteeee haha! :P

So I suddenly come up with some Chanel inspired look. I really love Chanel, not that I can afford it, just YET :P But I decided to just wear somethin that can reflect the Chanel ideas of runway fashion show. Then here comes the So-Call-Chanel Look for my presentation:

I never thought I could actually pull it off though. I had this pearl necklace that look like the chanel ones, but I didn't get to wear them :(

Ladu told me it looked too "Glamorous" for presentation. That comment had me startin on some self-concious shittt.. So I took it off. If it wasn't for the comment, I would look so Chanel's polished! LOL! I don't have the photo of the necklace with me now, I guess I'm gonna have to upload it later then? ;) Thanks to Jessie for taking this photo. I haven't been camwhoring for so long, I swear! I could have missed this shot of my Chanel look LOL! I need a photographer with me HAHA! Ok I was kidding... a bit ;P

Ohh well, I'm wasting too much of my time now. I should be goin! I miss you hun, just in case you're reading this. My internet in my room still paying too much toll on me lately, it's been almost a month of its disappearance :( I can't contact him, sighh. Plus, both our phones have been barred, exceed the limits :-/ I really feel guilty, I hope I could lower it down tho. I promise I will be a wise phone-user later after my dad pay it. life is so boring lately

I'm so bored. My life is boring. I guess that makes me a "boring person"?
You know, University life is like a curse or somethin! When you're here for more than 3 or 4 sems already, you automatically become a boring person. The theory is like:

"The longer you stay, the more you become a boring person"

No more goin out having fun. Or just goin out with no reason. Its like everyone is lazy to go out. Or maybe too lazy to just get their ass off from the bed. Too lazy to take their eyes off the computer game they're playing. As if their fun juices that they have, all evaporated or like gone already! No more like "hey harleen lets go out! Want?".. Ish! To tell you the truth, I really can't stand just sitting here in campus and not go anywhere for at least twice a week? HEAR ME OUT!

Argggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Like ishhh! Luckily last night Epah, Zamer and me went out for a so-call-road-trip la. Was fun tho. Its like "Whoaaa we're finally out!!!" HAHA! And Zamer was all showing off bout his GPS on his phone, but it was really cool dude! The thingy can track where you are and show which road leads to where.

But seriously people! We need to have fun! HAHA okay that sounds odd!
Well just a little shout out to everyone. That's all. There's nothing else I could do right?

I just finished watching My Sassy Girl, the English version.. Well I didn't get to watch it from the very beginning. The ending was bittersweet.. But in the end, it's always a happy ending ;D

I just love happy ending love story.. Something that's very cliche, yet girls like us are always there believing it... Hoping that it'll somehow happen to us.. How everything is gonna be so perfect that we can never forget it ever... And I'm currently listening to sweet sweet songs.. Maybe some people just don't believe in all these hopeless romantic fairy tale, but I think everyone have their own fairy tale to tell... It's just the matter on how you believe it, or how you really relate it to the feelings you're having.. I know I sounded all cheesy, but its true..

I was surfing the net again. Should have hit the bed by now, but I'm still having blogging-vibe now. hehe! I just have to blog bout somethin. Ohh yea, Epah send me this just now:

You Can Make an LDR Work

Seeing that I'm in a LDR, it seemed appropriate that my first real blog be about this. Over my days spent reading Datingish when I first got into a relationship with my current boyfriend, I felt like I needed a lot of help on how to cope and deal with it and what exactly I could do to make it easier on the both of us. Because, as those of you who've been through LDRs, it is extremely difficult to not crack and break things off when in this kind of situation, especially if you're dealing with a REALLY long distance (we're talking CA and Afghanistan/Iraq) one. And when I was reading and searching, I couldn't really find much. I did find a few posts, and they were extremely helpful, so I felt like it's my turn to give back and help all you LDR people out there, or even those who may be seeing one for themselves in the future.

1. Talk constantly. The best way to really communicate with your SO is through webchat or ichat. It really makes the whole load of it a lot easier to deal with, especially if you're looking at not seeing him or her for a brutally long person of time. By webchatting like that, you're getting almost the whole effect. You can talk and see each other at the same time. I know with me, it helps a lot just to hear his voice and be able to hear the small cracks, sniffles, and any other small detail that lets me know what exactly he's experiencing and feeling and thinking. But if you can't do that, just talking every day helps.

Whether it be over the phone or IM or even messages on Facebook or MySpace or whatever networking site you use, from my experience, just knowing he's taking time out of his day to let me know how he's doing and that he's thinking about me makes a world of difference. And it works both ways. Your SO may never say anything directly, but when you can't be with each other, his knowing that he's on your mind really does make his day and time apart from you that much easier. Overall, just constantly communicate as much as you can. If you're not talking, that's when things will fall apart.

2. If possible, exchange gifts with each other during the times you do see each other. I'm not talking flowers or chocolate or sports tickets, I'm talking clothing and items with sentimental value. Give each other something that will remind you of each other. Photo albums are great for this, or something that smells like you. Whether you believe it or not, your natural scent is a huge turn on for your SO. And for you military men and women, think about maybe giving your dog tags to your sweetheart. I keep my boyfriend's with me at all times, and those I love the most along with an old ring he had because they're what stay closest to my heart, literally. I keep them on a chain, and they're a constant reminder of someone who means the world to me. Just knowing that he's there with me in spirit makes it all so much more bearable. Clothing is great in that aspect too. Anything that will remind your SO of you, they'll want. It really does mean a lot, on both ends.

3. Be honest and always express yourself. When you're in an LDR, you learn to be open and tell each other EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. In a long distance relationship, you're easily much more susceptible to things ending because of something small. You need to be open and tell each other what you're thinking whenever you talk, as you do in any relationship. But I stress it with LDRs. You don't get to see each other; you don't get to talk to each other at all hours of the day. It's extremely important to tell each other when something is bothering you and get it fixed before it escalates and becomes something that you can't fix because of the long distance. Or if you think you're starting to develop feelings for someone else or start talking to someone who's new and interesting, tell the other immediately or as soon as possible. You don't want to be leading someone on or leave them in the dark like that, especially when he or she is far away. Those are the kinds of things that end relationships, because it can seem like you're hiding even the smallest of things. Be straight forward and don't beat around the bush, too.

4. Be reassuring. Aside from constantly communicating, I really stress this. It's easy and simple to start thinking that you're not loved or your SO doesn't care or isn't thinking about you. Make sure you're telling each other how you feel on a day to day bas is. I'm not saying it needs to be every other thing you say, but just dropping a nice little text saying you miss him or her/love him or her/were thinking about him or her/etc. helps the feeling of not feeling along. It's nice to be reminded that you're SO who's far away still loves you and still feels strongly about you, as if you were there next to him/her. Because a lot of times, that's all you need to keep you going another day.

5. Take your time away from each other a little at a time. Looking at how long you're going to be away from each other as a whole does NOT help. It makes it seem longer than it really is and (I hate to be cliche) like an eternity. Take things a day at a time, or even a week at a time. Don't look at it as how many days you've been apart, but each day as another day closer to when you get to run into each others arms again and look into each other's eyes. Time will pass by much faster that way and before you know it, your time period of being away from each other is up. In general, don't dwell on the negatives of things. Remember, things are only as bad as you make them.

A lot can be added to that list, but I've come to find that those five things are what make LDR s easier to handle. It doesn't make them easy in general, but it does make them bearable and seem like a lot less of a burden.

I just got back from a little stroll around Bintulu with mom, my little sis and little bro, boiz & izzat. Was pretty fun ;) I remember I was supposed to post up the photo of the little "thingy" that I recently bought, like last weekend? I would love to post it up but I'm really having problem importing photos out from my iPhone to my laptop. I think there's somethin wrong with my iPhone =/ I was thinking of using my mom's camera... So.... I was stalking AldoShoes just now. Had a few heels that I want but I couldn't buy just anything nowadays, really suck in terms of financial now. I know I'm already back home and I can just ask for money from my parent right? But err I'm not used to it thats why... By the way, I'm trying to control my shopaholic vibe for now. HAHA! I really hope it'll work out, the whole just-looking theory..

I go through a heck lot of shopping web nowadays, and yet I haven't really have the double-eager-urge to buy anythin, that's good so far don't cha think? Then I was flipping through fashion blogs. Lots and lots of it. Well I'm supposed to post up pictures too, but heck I have too much of lazyness inside me during this holiday. Nothin seems like working, coz I keep on saying "NO" to doing just anything. *sigh* I need to make my holiday more productive.

So, I have been goin online and in search of the perfect bag and the perfect shoes. But so far nothin have come to my liking :-/ BUT! I found somethin maybe some guys would love to have!

Eek, I have been having weird dreams lately. Scary too sometimes. I don't like it. And the trauma of getting my exam results is here already, sadly. I don't wanna talk too much bout it...

Yes its a holiday for studies but not for Fashion ;P

I've been surfing the net too much. I actually hurt my eyes. I went through Jane's blog just now! She was given the honor to design shoes for Urban Outfitters! Seriously the coolest thing ever! I would lovee to design shoes or just anything for some of the labels! Plus the shoes that she designed, I've ever thought of the same thing! Referring to this one la :P

Coz you know me, I'm always wearing something comfy, a little less of high heels. Since I lovee Strappy shoes, I had the idea of making flats or pumps with tonnes of strap. Too bad I'm just a little too late in showing my idea, she've submitted hers. (Like I will ever get a chance like hers LOL) :P

I adore all her shoes collection and envy her opportunity :D I like Jane Aldrige, envy her!
Ohh well, I should just follow the flow and pray for great opportunity like this qould come to me ;) Who knows it might just happen? Ermmm... But first, I have to blog a little bit more than how I always do. That way, people will actually notice the passion I have? Naa just let it be.. I'll just continue on hoping, haha! Silly me :P

I've been pretty much "dropped out" of the cyber world don't cha think? :P
Ohh well, been pretty busy this sem. Exhausted to be specific. I'm having my semester break now.. Had finished my exams around 12th June.. But then I stayed back in Miri to spend time with all my friends... Seems like everyone is leaving next sem. Sucks huh?

Jaz prolly be goin to Perth next sem.. I'm really sad bout the fact that when I go back to Curtin, he won't be there with me :( I hope we can do this, tho I know its gonna be real hard... I should really not talk bout this here.. Let's skip? I think I should if not I might actually cry...

I was just browsing through all the great websites that I haven't been leaving any footprints this past few months. Sucky internet in curtin; they blocked certain page. So I'm putting all my revenge now, by surfing as much web as I can (tho I'm quite sleepy now) LOL! Ohh ohh! I saw this cute jumpsuit from Urban Outfitters! They're so adorable and kitty purry kinda taste! I would laa-aoh-oveee to have 1 :D

Ohh I should stop.. But wait, I think the list should go on! I saw somethin really jawdropping last few weeks. A super duper stunning swimsuit I would love to have : (explicit image) haha!

I have been craving for killer heels. Day by day I keep on eyeing on heels like those in the photos I'll be posting out down there. It seems like great shoes is an essentials nowadays.. I have always wanted to buy them but thinking that I only wear flats made me feel confuse whether I should hunt these shoes down or I should just make myself drool all over them without even try to get a pair from any of those.

huk huk huk huk...

I can't believe I'm so clumsy and careless nowadays. I accidentally hit my schoko mac with my elbows and it dropped all the way to the floor! Crash just like that. And the worst thing is, its still NEW! I've just opened it like 2 days ago and have just eaten it bout 2 - 3 times only :(

I'm so sad so so sad

Its my fav thing ever, coz when I'm all alone in my room, one of the must+fun thing to do is eating my Cream Cracker with Schoko Mac, but now I don't have it anymore.

And its the one my family bought for me. I don't want to buy it myself :'(

I wanted to go for a Swimsuit shopping. But I can't seem to find anything in my favor. *sigh* If only I can come across Victoria's Secret or just a shop where I can draw what I want and ask them to make it for me, in immediate la. I want either a Tankini or a One-piece swimsuit. I would lovee to post all the photos of the swimsuits I want, but I'm scared I'll jinx it. Ok ok I know its a lil annoying on all the "jinx" part, but sadly it sometimes are true.

p/s: just ring me when you actually found a nice swimsuit ya think I'll look "fine" in it. HAHA! jk!

Hello Buggers! :DSorry for MIA [missing in armani] lately. I haven't been online :) Just peeking through my sis's lappie. You know, Internet nowadays are treating us so bad I cursed till the Third Degree. Don't believe me? Ask my dad, he heard me curse my internet, like 2 Lorry already bah! HAHA!

I had nightmares every night. All of my dreams are always about murder and horrible fights. Weird thing is, it seems like I'm used to it already :-/ I wonder why I kept dreaming bout those stuff, anyone have answers?

Ohh ohh! Next Saturday = Valentine's Day! Yippie! Okay I'm here to make all girls (or should I say everyone) out there happy! What comes across my mind when you say "Its Vday!". As I promised earlier on, in my last post I'm gonna make a special V'day's post rite? So...

Its pretty perfect for V'day. There's several songs that can match this whole Lovey Dovey day. A lot actually but currently listening to: I Call It Love by Lionel Richie :) Very sweet and relaxing.

V'Day always gets me in happy mood. Tho I've never have any special V'day before. Yup its true. I've never gotten anythin, nope not even a date, not even a gift, what more to say flowers for V'day. I guess I'm just not meant to be celebrating "special" V'days. Sounds sad? Think again, I always spend my Vday with my family. Happy happy! No sad mood okayy people? Vday doesn't always mean for couples, I always celebrate it with my Family, and of course my Friends!

So? Go plan ahead! Do somethin fun! Its 2009 and I'm sure most of my friends have just turned "Legal" (18 years old). Make our 18 years old Valentine's fun and memorable!

Last night......

Last night was fun! I went to Epah's shop to have dinner. We hang out later; Epah, Syeba and me. Chit-chat, had great laugh! haha! So fun! Well this is just a short updates. I had a little sore throat and block nose last night. Still till now :-/

Our neighbourhood had gotong-royong earlier today. I didn't go tho :P Not feeling well that's why. Ohh my, I'm goin back to Curtin end of next week. Sad :(
I am so gonna miss home, my family. New semesters coming. Gonna be pretty busy. *sigh* What to do, we're still a student. I wish my holiday was a little longer than this. Nothin much to blab here, bye for now :)

Hot robe. Ok so Random.

While everyone is busy thinking/boast/show off bout Rihanna's concert // Fall Out Boy concert in Singapore, I'm stuck here still have to handle some stuff? Yeah that's how LAME I am. My laziness have shift to Lazier these days. I should have start packing stuff to bring back to Curtin, instead I spend all my times surfing the net or do unnecessary stuff.

I came across this Teen Vogue article. (Okay I havent read any teen vogue for this year, YET. I just got it somewhere online).

I am so jealous of their bravery. They have guts to go and wear all the stuff they wanted to wear, like hello, that requires a huge amount of guts baa. Not that only, we Malaysian (most Asians too) are still not open-minded enough to accept the way these people dressed themself up.

I still remember one time I went to this shop in -censored-* (I thought -censored-* kan everyone open-minded already bah) I wore like skirts and tights, those -censored-* go "What in the world are they wearing?" in their annoying tune and voice, so I was like wth? Ok ok I'm so lazy to create controversy here ba let's drop this topic. Bloouuushhh~

I love fashion so much I wanna be Fashion's Wifey.
As ridiculous as it sounds, I actually am tryin to make myself open plus make other's "mind" open too. Some people are soo particular in criticizing what we wear, like "ee that outfit doesnt meet our weather at all / what, she thinks this is Hollywood ka / she has such a thick skin to wear that" yea yea yada yada..

I think we should not bother what others are wearing/doing. Mind your own business la come on. *sigh* I don't get it sometimes why there are so many people think like this ba. No wonder nothin can happen here in our country. Why bother bout other people? Why so busybody?

Seriously very frustrating! Is it so hard to ask for just a single magazine? I am desperately in need of my monthly dose of Teen Vogue. Like seriously??? I went to Popular just now, the magazine rack was all messed up. I am pretty lucky today that I can ask my dad to buy it for me, but then no sight of Teen Vogue anywhere? Like effingly doom cookie shop! Mothertrucker much? haha at least no F word kan? :P

I techniquely owns all the magazines revolving in our house. Sarcastically true tho. So far I'd always pay magazines with my own money. ( well recently la haha ) Coz I won't bother asking my parent to buy unnecessary stuff like that for myself, well Hey they've paid so many things for us already, why can't I try reduce it by paying this magazine for myself kan? Well let's try to put my nind away from this frustrating topic shall we?

Ohh I've just watched Sex and The City! It was FANTABULOUSLY GLAMOROUSLY PERFECT! haha! I know, sorry for being so full of exaggeration. Rome gave me the movie the other day. I like it! Especially the starting part:

"Year after year, 20 somethin women come to New York city in search of the 2 'L's;
Labels and Love."

Friendships or should I say Girlfriends are so important, you can actually see it in this movie. I recommend you to watch it. Maybe I'm a bit out-dated or whatever you call it bout the movie, I don't care nehh :P

All of them are wearing nice clothes man! They have like the best wardrobe ever! Love the walk-in closet Mr. Big made for Carrie. They're so huge. Enjoy the photos I picked up from random pages :)
